Welcome back,

We hope this short Newsletter finds you safe and well. Across the world, we are feeling the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. We are all coping with this in different ways… from a shift to working-from-home and trying to care for older family members absent the ability to actually visit them, to oversight of school lessons for our kids. For all of us with a healthcare professional background, these times are sobering and we are grateful for colleagues dedicated to front-line care. The Precision Guiding Principles that serve as the foundation for our teams are stronger than ever during times like this – reminding us of our purpose, our accountability to each other, how to act with integrity and respect, and to treat our colleagues as partners to achieve true collaboration. We will keep living these principles every day with you as we work with you.

We’d like to remind you of some helpful resources we’ve compiled through our password-free microsite with key Coronavirus informational resources by country along with activities for families staying home. You may have seen an email earlier this year – we’ve added new resources to this site! Please feel free to share these resources with your friends and family.

We also want to share a few additional updates with you. First, we are pleased to officially announce our new branding, PRECISIONheor, a Precision Value & Health Team, which was rolled out on April 7th. As PRECISIONheor, we continue to offer the same innovative approaches to addressing difficult questions as we have in the past, now with a fully-integrated offering of HEOR services that includes evidence strategy, evidence synthesis, modeling and microsimulation, and real-world data research. Please visit our new website at www.PRECISIONheor.com to learn more about our industry-leading expertise and capabilities focused on bringing your product from promise to proof. You can also learn more about the services offered across our full Precision Value & Health team through our latest virtual capabilities two pager.

Finally, we have some exciting upcoming events. If you are registered for ISPOR, our colleagues Elizabeth Oyekan and Jason Shafrin will join Precision Scientific Advisor Anupam Jena from Harvard and Michael Barr, EVP at NCQA, on the virtual ISPOR Panel “Will alternative payment models incentivize health systems to prescribe high-value medications and support better clinical outcomes?” on Monday, May 18 from 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM EST. Jeroen Jansen will be leading another unique evidence synthesis webinar with colleague Shannon Cope on Thursday, June 4 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST. We hope you can join them!

As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to talk to any of our HEOR team members about your challenges and priorities in 2020.

Thank you,
